We provide registers of children’s names to coaches for each session.
Our database manager has shared access to the database via a secure server.

How long we keep your personal data

We intend to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. We also strive to retain your personal data no longer than is necessary to carry out the purposes listed in this notice or than is required by law.
We will keep your personal data while you are a current member of Little Wheelers Limited.
We will continue to hold your personal data for up to 7 years when you are no longer a current member of Little Wheelers Limited in accordance with applicable law.
